By accessing the sis6x platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or claiming any promotional offer, you confirm that you have read this Terms & Conditions document in its entirety, that you understand its content, and that you agree to be legally bound by all provisions contained herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the sis6x platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your Account.

sis6x reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior notice. The revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any such change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you disagree with a material change, you may close your Account and withdraw any remaining real-money balance before the change takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions should be read in conjunction with the sis6x Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the overall legal framework governing your use of the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and a specific promotional offer's terms, the promotional terms will prevail in respect of that offer only.

To register a sis6x Account, you must meet all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. sis6x does not permit gambling by anyone under the age of 18, without exception.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual, acting on your own behalf, and not as an agent, employee, or nominee of any third party.
• You are not a resident of, or accessing the platform from, any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You do not already hold an active or suspended Account on the sis6x platform. Only one Account per person, per household address, per device, and per payment method is permitted.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, either through sis6x directly or through any third-party responsible gaming programme that covers the sis6x platform.
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any of these details change.

sis6x reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation from any Account holder at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identification card, passport, or birth certificate, along with proof of address and proof of ownership of any payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges and may result in permanent account closure.

Players are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials. sis6x cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to an account where such access resulted from a Player's failure to safeguard their username and password. Any suspected unauthorised access should be reported immediately to [email protected].

sis6x accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following payment methods are currently supported on the platform: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. sis6x does not accept cryptocurrency, wire transfers, or any payment method not listed here. sis6x reserves the right to add or remove supported payment methods at any time.

Deposits: Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account balance within 60 seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the relevant mobile wallet provider. Card deposits via Visa and Mastercard are typically credited within 5 minutes. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method; current limits are displayed at the deposit screen within your Account dashboard. sis6x does not impose any platform-side fees on deposits, though individual mobile wallet providers may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests submitted during normal operating hours are typically processed to bKash and Nagad within 30 minutes and to other payment methods within 24 hours. sis6x does not charge platform-side withdrawal fees. Withdrawals can only be sent to a payment method that has been previously used for a deposit to the same Account, unless sis6x approves an alternative method following KYC verification. sis6x reserves the right to delay the processing of any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification or pending the outcome of any responsible gaming review.

Withdrawal Eligibility: Before a withdrawal request can be approved, the following conditions must be met:

• The Account must be in good standing with no active fraud or abuse investigation.
• KYC documentation must have been submitted and approved by the sis6x compliance team.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be completed in full before the bonus-derived portion of the balance becomes withdrawable.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed the Account's available real-money balance (bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn).

sis6x reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required and will be given a reasonable period to comply.

sis6x offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible registered players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. Each promotional offer is governed by its own specific terms, which will state the eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, maximum bonus amount, and expiry period. These individual offer terms are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

The following general rules apply to all sis6x bonus offers unless the specific offer terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one Account per player, per household, per device, and per payment method. Attempting to claim the same offer through multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated funds.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period stated in the offer terms. If the wagering period expires before requirements are met, any remaining bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings will be removed from the Account balance.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while live casino games, table games, and crash games may contribute at a lower rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The exact contribution table is provided in the terms of each offer.
• sis6x reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a player has already qualified for an active offer, sis6x will honour the terms under which the offer was accepted.
• Any bonus credited to an Account as a result of a technical error, glitch, or operator mistake does not constitute a valid promotional award. sis6x reserves the right to reclaim erroneously credited bonus funds at any time.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, sold, or exchanged between accounts or for cash outside the standard wagering completion process.

sis6x actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-margin gameplay designed purely to satisfy wagering requirements, use of automated betting strategies, and coordinated multi-account bonus harvesting. Accounts identified as engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balances forfeited and may be permanently closed.

All games offered on the sis6x platform use certified, independently audited random number generators (RNGs) supplied by internationally recognised game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These providers operate under stringent third-party testing standards, and sis6x does not modify game outcomes in any way. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages reflect the theoretical long-run average return as certified by the respective provider.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sis6x platform:

• Using any software, bot, script, macro, or automated tool to interact with any part of the platform, including but not limited to auto-spinning, auto-betting, or auto-cashout on crash games.
• Exploiting any software bug, technical glitch, pricing error, or game malfunction to generate winnings that would not have occurred under normal conditions. Any winnings arising from such exploitation are void.
• Colluding with other players, sis6x employees, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game, tournament, or promotional competition.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, whether by using another person's bKash wallet, a stolen card, or a fraudulently obtained account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the sis6x platform to deposit and withdraw funds without genuine gaming activity for the purpose of obscuring the origin of those funds.
• Placing simultaneous opposing bets (arbitrage or "arbing") designed to generate a guaranteed profit regardless of outcome, on the same market or across multiple accounts.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or KYC process.

sis6x employs automated fraud detection systems and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected or reasonably suspected, sis6x reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant Account, void all bets and bonuses associated with the suspected conduct, withhold any pending withdrawals pending investigation, and report the matter to relevant authorities where applicable law requires or permits such disclosure.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the permanent closure of your sis6x Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon receiving your closure request, sis6x will process the closure within one business day. Any real-money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. Bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements will not be returned.

Responsible Gaming Closure: If you are requesting account closure as a responsible gaming measure — for example, because you believe your gambling is causing harm — sis6x will treat this as a self-exclusion request. Self-excluded accounts are closed immediately and cannot be reopened for the duration of the exclusion period. Suspension by sis6x: sis6x reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required time period.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, identity theft, or any other criminal activity.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Discovery of duplicate accounts held by the same individual.
• Regulatory requirement or court order.
• Discovery that the Account holder is a current employee, agent, or family member of a sis6x employee in a position that creates a conflict of interest.

Where an Account is closed by sis6x due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, any balance associated with that breach — including winnings derived from bonus abuse, prohibited conduct, or fraudulent activity — will be forfeited in full. Real-money deposits that are not linked to the breach may be returned at sis6x's discretion following investigation.

The sis6x platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While sis6x makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous platform availability, accurate odds and game outcomes, and timely payment processing, sis6x does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical defects at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all platform features.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sis6x shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings arising from your use or inability to use the platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss of any nature, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise, even if sis6x has been advised of the possibility of such loss.
• Loss of data, corruption of data, or failure of any data transmission.
• Losses arising from Force Majeure events beyond sis6x's reasonable control.
• Gambling losses incurred on the platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that all wagering decisions are made by you voluntarily.
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party mobile wallet providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) or card networks (Visa, Mastercard).

Where sis6x is found liable for any direct loss suffered by a Player in connection with their use of the platform, sis6x's total aggregate liability in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit sis6x's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law.
